Uninstalling in Windows 2000 or Windows XP
The following procedure should be used to uninstall the Control Manager in
Windows 2000 or Windows XP. YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN AS AN
ADMINISTRATOR to do this.
To uninstall the Control Manager:
1. Unplug all the CH USB devices from the PC.
2. Uninstall the Control Manager Software. To do this,
start the Control Panel. This can be done by clicking the "Start"
button, putting the mouse on "Settings", and picking "Control Panel"
from the menu that will appear. When the Control Panel starts,
double-click on the "Add/Remove Programs" icon. Find "CH Control Manager"
in the list and highlight it, then click the "Add/Remove" button
and follow the prompts to finish the process.
3. Once the uninstallation is complete, you will need to restart
Windows to remove the drivers from memory.
Once the Windows restart is complete, the CH Control Manager will be
completely removed from your system. Plugging the CH USB devices
in again will result in their being recognized as Standard HID Devices.
