The Users Guide is a regular Windows Help file.

The second type of help available is accessed via the "What's This?" button:

When you click this button, it will stick in the down position and the GUI cursor will change to the Windows "What's This?" cursor. You can then click on any element of the screen and it will bring up a brief explanation of what the clicked item does. Most of these items have a "More Info" link on them which will open the Users Guide at the pertinent location for a full explanation of what the item does.
